Timeline Estimates

Depending on the complexity and length of the production such as locations, drone footage required and/or animations generated, the time can take anywhere between one day and two months to plan, design and produce your end product. Below are general guidelines for time expectations. This chart can be used as a general guide to calculate the minimum time to produce one minute of AV.

Minimum time needed for recording live events

Live recording events differ too greatly to anticipate the amount of time needed to prepare them. The variables about the location, stage, action, equipment and set up of each show can be evaluated and estimated separately at the time of planning, but there is no way to know if plans implemented will take the time allocated unless the same show is produced more than one time. Then time estimations can become clearer if the show remains consistent.
